dvd logo psd

what software to send printed letters ?
I want to design or write letters, invitations,
Saving them on CD/DVD,
Then take the CD/DVD to any printing company/store to make 100 printed letters on expensive paper.
Now! What software should I use to letter?
Adobe illustrator?
Adobe Acrobat?
Another Question!
I have a Logo (Company Logo) at TIF or PSD (Photoshop) format.
How should I add this Logo, so I can resize it without loosing quality…I mean. You know without that blurry look when you resize images…?
Tell me whatever you know about that.
Microsoft Word is an excellent program for making typed letters; you can also include images (via menu “Insert”, “Picture”, “From file”). Once the image is inserted, you should right-click on it and choose “Format picture”. Choose “Layout” and select “Tight”. This will allow you to drag and drop it anywhere at your page. You can also make it appear behind or above text.
Adobe Photoshop and illustrator are mainly used for creating images. You can create an image with software, save it as a JPG or JPEG file and paste it in Word. Be wary that you always save a PSD file as well, because an image can contain multiple layers. Hence you must save the PSD file to make changes to and later resave it as a JPEG file. In short, the PSD file is used to edit and the JPEG is but a conversion to include it in Word.
Then you fill in your text in Word. Business letters are mostly made in Microsoft Word. Word is excellent for settng margins and combining text and logos together.
A PSD file can be opened with Adobe Photoshop. There it can be resized to equal proportions (width in comparance to height). An image does not blur when it is being resized into a smaller version. In fact it becomes sharper. Only enlarged pictures become blurred. However, once an image is stored at a smaller size and THEN being resized to its initial size, then it has lower quality. In other words you should only make the picture smaller when it is needed to.
